Howdy!
I’m still sick.. not feeling up to creating any new pieces of jewelry; so I made some boxes for my jewelry instead! After making the aforementioned boxes, I made a template, so others could make their own too, if they wanted. Here’s the template (print it out, enlarge it (if you need to; it’s a decent sized box for jewelry though), trace it out onto cardboard and follow the cutting, scoring & folding directions:
Supplies needed:
Scissors, cardboard and a swiss army knife or X-acto knife (for scoring)
The finished product (alongside my fancy box for ‘gift’ orders):

I finally “re-did” my blog.
More turquoise, less of that pattern I had on here before. (Actually, none of it.) I like it. At least til I get tired of it!
I made something new today (I’m trying not to create anything until some of the other stuff gets sold.) but, it’s cute! I’ll share.

Aww! It’s a pin/badge/brooch/whatever you call it. And you could buy it here, if you wanted.

First, my new bag in all it’s turquoise GLORY.
Second, me and my new bag! (I know, I look silly.)
Third, a random picture of my jewelry packaging. (Because you care
)
I had -two- Etsy orders to ship out today. That made my day! And I took my bag outside for the first time. It loves the public!
that’s all for now, folks.

I got an e-mail today. Here’s what it said.
Robin,
We loved the pictures from the Roundhouse Blues and BBQ festival that you posted on the Savannah Morning News’s Pixels site. Would you mind if we used them on our website and in some of our promotional advertising?

I bought a purse from aubbs713 on Etsy. It’s screamin’ loud turquoise (my new favorite color) and HUGE! When it gets here, I’ll take pictures and it’ll be great.
I’m eating a nice yellow (golden delicious) apple and that’s about all I have to report.
Just to make this a non-text-only post…

My most favorite flowers in the whole world.
(They’re multi-colored dyed daisies.)
