Eat.

Eat. This is my newest print (matted 8×10 available for $34 on Etsy.) It’ll be for sale on robinlynne.org soon.

Still mulling through 300+ photographs, but the end is nigh!

I also made a couple pieces of jewelry yesterday. They’re very blue and.. pretty! I’ll have them in the shop, soon, too. Just wanted to share another photograph and do a tiny bit of self-promotion (’cause if I don’t, who will?!)

Thanks for stopping by!

Just a dab’ll do ya!

Acid FlowerHere’s just a tiny tiny peek into what I’ve been up to. (Photographs; cropping and editing etc.) This was taken at the Ave Maria Grotto in Cullman, Alabama. I’ve got about 350 more to look at and either delete, or work on. I’m super picky when it comes to my photography. So! robinlynne.org has re-opened, had a lot of visitors, but no shoppers. That’s ok! Someone suggested I add a store-front to my website and I did. The products are there if anyone wants to buy ‘em, but I’m not havin’ to pay to keep ‘em up there. (Not that I mind paying fees on Etsy! I do 99% of my business there and will continue to do so!)

Ok, I have to get back to work. Thanks for stopping by!

I’m back!

April 24, 2008 | Filed Under back home, etsy, handmade, jewelry, photography, robin lynne | 5 Comments

I have over 400 photographs to look at and/or edit (good ones.) I also have about 100 +/- “snapshots” (of food, family, etc.)

It was a good week! But I’m glad to be back home and ready to fill orders. (I even sold things while I was away; how neat is that?!)

One ring and one print, they’ll be shipped tomorrow.

Just thought I’d let my faithful (ha!) readers know that I have, indeed, returned and there will be many posts to follow.

Thanks!

I have great news!

April 16, 2008 | Filed Under norway, ring, robin lynne, savannah market bazaar, sold | 3 Comments

bubble ringBut it’s a secret, for now. Once it’s finished, I’ll let you all in on it. Until then… I was invited to participate in a Market Bazaar here in town, but it’s on the 26th and I’ll be gone from the 17th-24th and two days just isn’t enough time to construct a jewelry display (I’ve never had a need for one since I do 99.9% of my business online, alas, this will change.) and gather tables and whatnots.. and wait for extra prints and mat them… so I’m definitely going to work on that, maybe give the Bazaar a visit and then participate in the next one, once I’m prepared.

In Etsy related news, I shipped a necklace & earring set to a lady in New Orleans for her bridal shower. (Aw!) And, tomorrow I’m shipping out the ring in that picture. It’s one of my favorite pieces. I’m glad it will have a new home. (In Norway!) Also; I’m shipping something else, related to my big looming secret great news! (I’m trying to entice you, be enticed!) Things are going superbly with both shops (to me, I’m sure some people sell multiple things a day, but hey.. I’m not one of them and that’s fine.) I’m grateful! I love that people love my works. Thank you!

I leave for Decatur, AL on the 17th at 10AM. I’ll be back on the 24th. I probably won’t be blogging until I return. This also means: EtsyFavorites & Etsy of the Week will also be put on stand-by. (You had no idea I maintained those, did you? Well now you do!) :)

Baseballin’ & JonJon.

DerangeledI thought I’d make a business-free post, for a change. Here, we have three fine phtograpihcal speciments of my youth. I’m not one for scanning photographs (even though I have a perfectly fine scanner/printer.) So, you can click on them (that’ll take you to my flickr pages) for a little more info.

1) Because I’m lazy, 2) because we’re going to a baseball game in a little while and I need to get my camera bag ready.

Me, JonJon & Andrea SWEETIEBALL?

What good times! I miss JonJon; one day he’ll re-appear. (He somehow managed to get lost circa 2005.) I used to carry him everywhere. Family functions, out to dinner, everywhere! He was the best inanimate object a girl could ask for.
