I really wanted to write about how close I am to unveiling my new website, but when I tried to log in this morning – the entire thing was gone! Sooo, I’m trying to recover it and it might be ready before Christmas
Yesterday’s market went pretty well. It was a bit hot, but I enjoyed the fresh air and chatting about my work. Thanks to everyone who stopped by!
Not much else to write, really, I’ve got a pot roast to get in the oven soon and try to figure out what exactly is going on with my other website. At least I’ve still got this one!

This is what I received in the mail, yesterday.

Remember a few posts back I mentioned something pretty cool being in the works? Well, this was it! The very kind Marcel van Tilburg of Et Cetera Records, contacted me about one of my rosary photographs on flickr. He was wondering if there was a high-res version available and if so – would it be possible to somehow arrange to use it as cover art for an Italian music compilation CD. And of course, it was very possible. I re-shot the necklace (because I was only using the original image to show the necklace off for my jewelry shop) and sent it along. A few weeks later – here it is! I’m pretty excited about how it turned out.
Thanks Marcel!

Another fairly old photograph, I found it while resizing pictures for my new website and cleaned it up a bit. Sunset, whispy clouds and a pretty blue sky… dreamy!

I’ve been very neglectful to this poor blog, lately. Why? My time has been spent mostly preparing for the Trustees Market (which I couldn’t even make today, due to rain.) New prints came in the mail and they look fabulous. They’ll add some much needed freshness to my flipbook/portfolio at markets/shows.
Also, I’ve been working “behind the scenes” on a new website. Remember how I mentioned I was turning this one into my “personal” space? No? Well, I am ![]()
Anyway, I finally settled on a new “logo.” It’s colorful (something I’d been wanting for a while) and femininely semi-professional. I like it!

I’m thinking I’ll probably unveil the new website sometime in July, maybe August – or maybe earlier. It’s hard to tell, since I’m doing it all myself (as always!)
Thanks for reading – and keep dry!
