Here’s a quick fix for your photos – made for Photoshop, but may work in other editing programs – just use the “dodge” tool.

Open your photo and select the “dodge” tool from the toolbar.




Enlarge the brush size to your liking and drag it over the areas of the picture you want to lighten.
